Red Dragon Fruit Hot Sauce

Crafted with vibrant red fleshed dragon fruit grown in Maui’s rich volcanic soil, this small-batch hot sauce brings together tropical fruit, fresh chiles and island flavors.

The result is bright and flavorful rather than punishing. The fruit comes first, the chiles follow, and lime, garlic and ginger keep it lively all the way through.

    Red dragon fruit, distilled white vinegar, red chiles (Fresno and jalapeño), habanero pepper, Maui onion, lime juice, garlic, ginger, cane sugar, sea salt.
